Patricia Brooks in Recital (CD)

Remembered by Terrence McNally as “an important and beloved figure in the New York classical music scene in the 60s and 70s,” soprano Patricia Brooks is heard here in her 1971 New York recital debut. In the words of the late Beverly Sills, Brooks was “unique and fascinating… a breath of fresh air!”
