Isaac Stern in Recital (DVD)

In this 1967 recital recorded in the Montréal studios of Radio-Canada, Isaac Stern (1920 - 2001) is caught in top form, partnered by his long-time accompanist Alexander Zakin. Music by Bach, Mozart, Schubert, and Brahms, all Stern specialties, is heard. Mr Stern introduces each piece himself.
