Soprano Raina Kabaivanska stars in the title role in this dramatically exciting and beautifully sung live performance from Japan. The strong cast also boasts the vocally brilliant Flaviano Labò as Cavaradossi and the elegant and menacing Scarpia of Gian Piero Mastromei. Oliviero De Fabritiis conducts the NHK Symphony Orchestra (1973). Embedded subtitles in Japanese remain onscreen throughout, with optional subtitles in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
