Ilya Itin: Russian Music Marathon (DVD)

The Miami International Piano Festival presents Ilya Itin in a Russian Music Marathon, playing music by Rachmaninov and Prokofiev. The recital, which took place on March 7, 2010 features Rachmaninov’s 24 Preludes, Opus 3, 23 and 32, and Prokofiev’s Sonatas No. 7 in B-flat major, Opus 83, and Sonata No. 8 in B-flat major, Opus 84. A bonus is a post-recital interview with the artist.
